Cancellation by Jytri

At Jytri, we strive to provide you with a smooth and delightful shopping experience. However, in certain cases, we may need to cancel an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to:

  • Limited availability of stock
  • Pricing or product information errors
  • Payment issues or suspicious transactions flagged by our system
  • Incomplete or unverifiable customer details

If your order is cancelled (fully or partially), we will notify you promptly. We may also reach out for additional information if required to process your order.

Cancellation by Customer

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order after confirmation, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@jytri.com with your Order Number. Alternatively, you may log into your account and click on "cancel order" option against the order number that you want to cancel.

We do not accept cancellation requests through phone call or online chat.

Once your cancellation request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original mode of payment. In cases where the payment method is no longer valid (e.g., inactive cards), we may process the refund through cheque or an alternate method upon confirmation.

Important Note

  1. Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may request a return as per our return policy.
  2. If your payment was deducted but the transaction failed, rest assured—we will refund the full amount to your account at the earliest.
