At Jytri, we strive to provide you with a smooth and delightful shopping experience. However, in certain cases, we may need to cancel an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to:
- Limited availability of stock
- Pricing or product information errors
- Payment issues or suspicious transactions flagged by our system
- Incomplete or unverifiable customer details
If your order is cancelled (fully or partially), we will notify you promptly. We may also reach out for additional information if required to process your order.
Cancellation by Customer
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order after confirmation, you may do so if the order has not yet been shipped. We do not accept cancellation requests through social media platforms.
Once your cancellation request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original mode of payment. In cases where the payment method is no longer valid (e.g., inactive cards), we may process the refund through an alternate method upon confirmation.
Important Note
- Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or returned unless for defective and damaged products. Refer our return and refund policy for more details.
- If your payment was deducted but the transaction failed, rest assured—we will refund the full amount to your account at the earliest.
