Return and Refund Policy

At Jytri, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 2-day return policy for domestic orders to ensure you have a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.

How to Request a Return

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@jytri.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your Order ID and the reason for return.
  • Return requests made via WhatsApp, social media platforms, or phone calls will not be accepted.
  • Wait for a confirmation email from us before shipping the product back. Returns sent without our confirmation will not be processed.

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with tags, invoice, and any guarantee cards.
  • Please ensure the package is properly sealed before handing it over. Our courier partner will not accept open or unsealed packages.
  • Returns will only be accepted via our assigned courier partner. We cannot process returns sent through other shipping services.

If You Receive a Damaged Package

If the parcel is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the package and notify us immediately via email with your Order ID. We will issue a replacement at no extra cost or a refund, whichever is feasible.

Return Pick-Up & Charges

  • Return pickups within India will be handled by our courier partner.
  • No additional shipping charges will be applicable for return pickups.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our return conditions, the refund will be processed within 7–15 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used or via cheque (if the card/account used during purchase is no longer active).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via NEFT. A cancelled cheque must be included with the return for processing.

Important Notes

  • No returns will be accepted after 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • In case the product is returned late (after approval), a credit note will be issued instead of a refund.
  • We do not offer exchanges. However, you may return the product as per the policy and use the credit/refund for another purchase.

Product Disclaimer

  • Handmade and natural fabric items may exhibit minor variations in size, color, or finish. These are not considered defects.
  • Shrinkage and color bleeding are common with natural fabrics and dyes.
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to photography and screen differences.
  • We do not guarantee the zari’s purity or color unless explicitly mentioned.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
