Return and Refund Policy
Disclaimer
- All the products have been made in the finest fabrics and materials. Many of the processes are manually done. Irregularities that may occur are characteristics of the handcrafted process and are not counted as a defect in the product.
- Slight irregularities in the color, print, weave, or any thread pull are due ti the fact that the fabric is hand-painted/hand-woven/hand-dyed/hand-printed. These are not defects, but it's the nature of the products where manual work is involved in the crafting of the sarees. In fact, these irregularities and nuances found in the textiles are what make it unique and beautiful, making it a work of art. Such instances will not be considered as defect/damage and hence will not be eligible for refund.
- The photos of all products are taken under natural lighting conditions, and we make the best possible effort to reproduce the exact saree color. Sometimes the color may look different due to the temperature of your monitor and/or device settings. Returns/exchange is denied for deviations in color from the product displayed to the product received by you.

Shrinkage and color bleeding are common with natural fabrics and dyes.
- We do not guarantee the zari’s purity or color unless explicitly mentioned.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
- Kindly note that our prices are fixed or as mentioned in the final discount displayed on the website.
Return and Exchange Policy
At Jytri, each product is crafted with care and made-to-order just for you. As a result we do not support returns, exchanges or cancellations after shipment for the orders.
Kindly note that we do not offer an exchange for the products once it is deilvered to you or once the order has been placed. However, you can cancel the order and reorder if the order has not yet been shipped in which case you will revceive a refund of 100%.
Please double-check the saree details, description and shipping details before completing the purchase.
Returning Damaged Products
In the rare case of a damaged or incorrect item received, please contact us at support@jytri.com or Whatsapp at +91 86600 44081 within 2 days or 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos and/or an unboxing video
- Order details
- Reason for return.
Once we verify the above details you will receive the return approval message.
If the parcel is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the package and notify us immediately at support@jytri.com or Whatsapp at +91 86600 44081 with your Order ID. We will issue a refund.
Return requests made social media platforms, will not be accepted.
Checklist for return shipment
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging and folding and returned with tags, invoice, and any guarantee cards.
- The product should not be soiled, stained, or have any kind of odour on it.
- Please ensure the package is properly sealed before handing it over. Our courier partner will not accept open or unsealed packages.
- Returns will only be accepted via our assigned courier partner. We cannot process returns sent through other shipping services.
Return Pick-Up & Charges
- Return pickups within India will be handled by our courier partner.
- No additional shipping charges will be applicable for return pickups.
Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our return conditions, the refund will be processed and the amount refunded will reflect in the customer's bank account within 7–15 working days of refund initiation.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used or only via net-banking. No request for cash settlement will be entertained.
Important Notes
- No return request will be accepted after 2 days from the date of delivery.
- We do not offer exchanges.
