Shipping Policy
At Jytri, we value your time and money. That’s why we strive to deliver your orders in excellent condition and on or before the promised date. To make this possible, we’ve partnered with reliable logistics providers such as Delhivery, First Flight, Overnite Express, and Ecom Express.

We currently ship across India.
Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Once the order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking details.
Shipping Charges
- Pan India: We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders above 1299/-
Delivery Timeline
Delivery may typically take up to 3-8 working days after dispatch. Here’s a general guide:
- Metro & Tier 1 cities: 3-5 working days
- Tier 2, Tier 3 cities & rural areas: 7-8 working days
While most shipments are delivered on or before the estimated time, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen events like floods, rains, or other natural circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or postal services.
Order Tracking
Once the package is shipped, we will share a tracking link via email.
Missing or Misplaced Packages:
If your order shows as Delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Please check with your neighbors, security guard, or the courier.

Please note that Jytri is not liable for lost packages once marked as delivered, but we’ll help you coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
Delivery Failure:
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, or if the shipment is returned to us because you were unavailable to receive it, any additional cost incurred to resend the order will be payable by you.
Order Issues
- If your order is canceled before shipment, or lost in transit, we will refund the full order amount.
- If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept the delivery. Contact our customer support at +91 8660044081 or email us at support@jytri.com with your order number. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
